At Olu’s African Market, we are committed to delivering your favorite African products safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we process, ship, and handle orders.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

We currently offer the following options:

  • Local Delivery: Available within [insert delivery radius, e.g., 10 miles] of our Avon, MA store.

  • In-Store Pickup: Order online and pick up at 157 Main Street, Avon, MA.

  • Standard Shipping: Available across the U.S. for eligible products. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship outside the United States.

  • Perishable and frozen items may not be eligible for shipping to certain areas due to spoilage risks.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (508) 510-3692 or olusafricanmarket@aol.com.

  • We may request photos of damaged items and packaging.

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly—whether through a replacement or refund.
