At Olu’s African Market, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully:

Returns

  • Perishable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen foods, or any refrigerated items.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Specialty Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “No Returns” are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • In-Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer in-store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for non-perishable items that are defective or damaged. Please bring the item to the store within 7 days of purchase with your receipt.

Online Orders

For items purchased online, please contact us at olusafricanmarket@aol.com or call (508) 510-3692 to initiate a return or report an issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
